Secret Santa Vampire All Done!
Having been snowed in for the greater part of the weekend, I finally got a chance to finish this guy:
I think he turned out pretty well. Now onto my next project!

Made some more progress for the evening:
More was done to my Secret Santa entry tonight:

Here's an early Christmas present that I welcomed into my apartment. My great friend of mine and I are exchanging gifts and she helped me get this table by "giftcarding" at my local event center. My local event center made a slew of these tables for sale as they are expanding and I just had to pick this set up. It's a desert theme, I know, but I'm looking at dry brushing it white to theme it winter for my Warriors of Chaos horde.
Check it out:
Now I just need to finish my army....

It's certainly been a busy week as I've just started my amaing new job. I'm loving it!
As I finished the Vampire Counts army, I've been left with my own stuff to work on. Before I shipped the army back to the UK, I made sure to make a photo montage of all the units in the army.
So with out further ado....
Any feedback is much appreciated! All the best,
J.
We're all done! I just literally finished the final addition to the shambling horde: the corpse cart!
Here are the pics (you'll see some blue tac in place; that's only there as it dries.)
And I made some very slight adjustments to the Countess:
That's all for this evening.Apparently you can finish an army!

It's been a great week and a half for me! I got my dream job and I'm set to start soon with that.
Anywho, here are some updates. As per the request of my client, I lightened the cloak of the necromancer...he reminds me of a flasher.
Here is the countess. As per the client, I've changed her eyes and her robes. Looking nice and evil now; reminds me of one of my ex's....
More to come!J.
Well I'm currently waiting to hear back from a promising job interview and I'm noticing that I'm painting more than ever just to pass the time. Here's what we have this evening: the Countess. I'm waiting to hear back on the approval of the Necromancer and if any changes need to be made.
Also, I'm taking part in a Secret Santa for a community website. This little guy is what I'm working on for my recipient. This should be fun..
More tomorrow as I try to pass time by between applications and interviews.

Been keeping plenty busy dispite the whole unemployment thing. Now I'm simply painting and doing job applications. I should be hearing back shortly from some opportunities though.
Did some more work on the Necromancer last night and did some changes are per request of the client:
More to come tonight as I have a few more things to do to wrap this army up.J.
It's hard to believe that I was laid off, but companies do what they have to do. I've spent the last few days getting my affairs and such in order and getting everything all laid out. I should be fine for now and I have some irons in the furnace so hopefully something comes up soon.
Anyways, here's the progress I've made:
I'll make further progress this week as I'm using my painting as therapy.
All the best,
Jake
